Why is it important that Glencoe Truss & Frame is a Registered Builder & Master Builder?

Becoming a Registered Builder is a long drawn out process; applicants must demonstrate their competencies in the category of registration sought before getting their final approval from the Building Practitioners Board. The Master Builders Association is intent on raising standards within the building industry through continually assisting in the development of its members' skills. Master Builder members are renowned for their reliability, skill and professionalism.

Being both a Registered Building Practitioner and Master Builder is important because it means that we understand the whole building process, not just the manufacturing and the supplying of the materials. This is a benefit to both the builder and the owner builder. We know that frame stage is critical. We know that cash flow, budget and contracted time requirements all depend on this stage. We also understand how important frame stage is to the remaining stages of construction, having a direct influence on efficiencies of subsequent trades.
